Pros

All the benefits for Honeywell International while working for a mid-size business. Direct charge employees get a loyal and supportive management team.

Cons

Overhead employees are worked relentlessly and have no job security. Executives change every few years.

Advice to Management

Groom your executive team from the programs, diversify the business, and increase your planning horizon.

I worked at Honeywell full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The people I worked with were really excellent and competent. The work environment was generally supportive and there were good opportunities for a lot of people.

    Cons

The company is slowing reducing benefits to the employees and new employees are asked to sign a onerous IP agreement that basically is a non-compete for anything related to Honeywell. This makes leaving Honeywell difficult as most other companies won't want to touch you.

    Advice to Management

Revert the IP agreement back to the previous version and support more intra-company movement for senior staff
