    Free snacks, lots of hours if you want them

    Cons

    CYA, good people always getting fired, anyone can be the target for termination when someone messes up, “good ole boy/buddy” system, no set schedule, Terribly disgusting inside all of the equipment, everything is literally covered in mold and chemicals used to kill mold.

    Advice to Management

    Get a new plant. Change your ”presidential-buddy-system” cabinet up(out with the old, in with the new)
