Pros
I have enjoyed working at HMH. They truly embrace diversity and my team specifically was receptive to feedback and utilized Lean measures to streamline processes and ensure you were trained well to properly and effectively provide consulting services to external stakeholders.
Cons
None that I can think of.

Pros
The company is still focused on the mission to Help All Kids Learn which is a very positive aspect in the education space. PAST Pro's- Was a great non-profit company, had good work life and medical benefits and offered fair salaries (very good for nonprofit). Also offered 15% of your annual salary into your 403B retirement fund automatically with excellent PTO.
Cons
Since NWEA was acquired by HMH the company is not the same under new management. Medical benefits are poor for a much higher cost. Management and the culture is much different as they are owned by a private equity firm which changes a lot for working conditions and bottom line for their Financial look/feel. A lot of stressed and overworked employees. They also offer unlimited PTO which sounds amazing but it has its negative aspects as well. HMH overall may be a good company, but they are poor at the Merger & Acquisition process (or lack there of a process).
