I have been working at Houston Food Bank full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Wonderful mission, great people, top-notch.

    Advice to Management

Return to sick and vacation leave system.

    Pros

Predictable work hours, good work/life balance, decent benefits, decent on-boarding program.

    Cons

Constant bickering between departments, inexperienced middle management, extreme favoritism, sabotage; especially with hourly employees.

    Advice to Management

Hire professionals instead of inexpensive labor, audit your managers and salaried employees, Keegan was run like a prison yard: pent-up aggression in employees, corrupt executives...watch your back.
