Good staff who cares about employees. Low turnover in PT

Cons

Not much other than you have to park in a remote parking lot and take the bus or train to work adding another 12 minutes to and from work commute each day

    Pros

    Salary is acceptable, co-worker are very nice.

    Cons

    CMP management has taken micromanagement to new level called NANOMANAGMENT

    Advice to Management

    Share information with employees. stop writing people up for mistakes and allow them to learn from it. the hospital has great programs in place for employees allow them to use it instead of planning out their entire 8 day with 10 hours of work at minimum.
