    Pros

    Great support from mentors. Actually go for ride alongs with highly successful people in the field. No experience necessary with many new people experiencing immediate high level of suucess. Very high level of office support , motivational sales calls, and a multitude of support materials.

    Cons

    1099 situation. Success level may be controlled by territory or part of the country. Must purchase leads. Contrarily these are non issues if earning the income of about 50% of independent contractors working for this company.

    Pros

    Management cares about the agents.

    When you run into trouble help is a call away!

    Uncapped income potential with commission only sales, excellent commission percentage that raises with time and experience.

    Cons

    Commision only income, if you're unsure of yourself or not great with people this isn't for you!

    Training issues: if you don't follow directions and do what you're trained you will NEVER make it, there's a reason majority of the agents sell more AP than the competition, BE TEACHABLE!

    Advice to Management

    Continue helping new agents and adopt a no b.s. attitude as far as telling them what to expect.
