company is big, have good reputation in China.
Cons
1. Do not work there as an agency worker, you have no rights ,respect or future. Be aware of this at the beginning; 2. Manager are unprofessional, especailly HR departmen, bad at files. Asking to sign the paper work should have been done before you start work. why the company hire so many people and spend so much money on HR department to make work issue worse for staff? 3. No opportunity to express yourself unless you are in high position, your voice will not get heard anyway if you in low positions; 4. Lack of transparency. badly hierarchy system; 5. interpersonal relationship seem very important, get your nose brown or be very very careful by the office politics. 6, The Ipswich office did not seems like big company branch. not the size of big company there anyway.
