Pros
Young, enthusiastic, and very smart employees. You will learn a lot at a very fast pace. Opportunities abound for lateral movement to other jobs within the company in most of the largest cities in the US. Well respected by clients.
Cons
The various business units at Thomson Reuters and Hubbard One are not all created equal. Some are moderately to severely understaffed and with all the recent reorgs/turnover/people leaving the company it seems like it could get worse. Management has unfairly given little to no merrit increases for 3 years running even to those business units that have surpassed expectations. People are leaving for better paying jobs and will continue to do so until management changes their compensation plan from a broad-based limit to a sensible, performance based system that they pretend to adhere to.
Project Managers are often overworked and their base pay is below industry average.
