    Pros

Good experience working in teams in a professional setting. Management is easily accessible. Friendly people, willing to teach you if you ask for help.

    Cons

No real preparation for Interns. Had to dig around and ask people to find work to do. Mostly tedious work assigned.

    Advice to Management

Have projects prepared for your interns. Find ways to involve interns in your day to day work.
