If you are a female with barely any experience and engage in woke activism you will do very well and get promoted over males with 10+ more experience than you. Very anti white male woke company culture. They even made a female the CEO despite the fact that she was incompetent. Her first move was to cancel the generous maternity benefits for female employees. During an all hands, many female employees expressed their frustration with her decision. Her response was to disable the chat feature on the all hands stream, and reprimand the employees for criticizing her. But hey; she’s a female and constantly cries out about she’s fighting gender inequality so it’s all good.
