      Pros

      I left before doom's day, in december 2022. Luckily.

      Cons

      Took me more than a year to post this. They milk employees, make them work megalong days, expect too much. Making a career only happens is you suck up to the higher commanders. Also, they fired 5% of the staff for economic reasons. 5 days before christmas 2022, and then asked the others to invest. They are cold, calculated, and everything else they always said they would never be.

      Pros

      - Great place to learn/build a foundation. - Get to touch lots of projects and some cool clients - Cool office and perks - Great people and collaborative vibe - Ability to grow and specialize role based on strengths, experience and interests - Working for another vendor after this and also going client side you see that they really "get it", do things the right way and have a solid process to ensure quality work and you learn good habits after moving on.

      Cons

      - Pay is just ok - Depending on manager/team, experiences can vary - Occasional long hours, but no more or less than rest of industry
