Once you get in, you could start forever doing minimal. Depending on what you need from a role at that time in your life it could be good.
Cons
Mediocrity is the standard. New ways of thinking are not really welcome. It’s still old school traditional work with strict schedules though the schedules not really required. Growth doesn’t really happen. Leadership doesn’t really lead as opposed to dictate.
