I have been working at Huntington Ingalls Industries full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great benefits with best matching 401K at the San Diego waterfront!!! Previously Continental Maritime, we have a rich history in this Navy town and now that we're part of Huntington Ingalls Industries (the largest shipbuilder in the nation) we are poised for unprecendented growth! Structured company with plenty of room for training and promotion with investment in the workforce.

    Cons

It's hard work but our motto is "Hard Stuff Done Right". The best never rest!

    Advice to Management

You guys know what you're doing! Keep it up!
