Staff is underpaid. Books are a bit old from the seventies to the nineties. Computers are out of date.

I worked at Huntington Learning Centers full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not sure that I can think of any other than working with the kids.

    Cons

    Extremely long hours expected
Ethically this company takes simple needs for tutoring to a financed loan. The cost is insane. The testing is unethical.

    Advice to Management

Help kids more and the final dollar will be an honest dollar earned.

    Pros

-Has Flexible work hours which allow for workers to attend college
-Helps improve skill sets, for example public speaking and dealing with paper work

    Cons

-The pay is not enough to get by on if you are looking at this for a full time job
-If students cancel you are not paid for showing up.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest paying tutors for their time when students no call, no show, if I had to give any advice.
