They actually care about their employees some machines are harder than others but you rotate so it’s fine and none of them are too difficult it’s the most laid back factory I’ve ever worked in but also probably the safest they take safety very important get caught braking safety protocol and your fired but if you mess up and own up to it your good as long as you followed the rules they will give you many chances and plenty of time too learn

Upper level managers at akron plant lie to cover their own a**. Superintendents are the scapegoats.production workers are the village idiots. Place is dysfunctional. Outdated equipment.Run to fail. Profit over people. No accountability for management but for the village idiots-watch your a**.
