I have been working at Hyatt full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits of comp nights and discounts. After working there for a year you can transfer easily.

    Cons

The pay is competitive for hospitality jobs, just not high enough unless you are an Exec.

    Advice to Management

    More work life balance.
