I have been working at IAP Worldwide Services full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Most IAP jobs are project location specific and vary greatly depending on local managers. Our local project manager and my immediate supervisor are awesome and the limited involvement with corporate has been positive.

Cons

Some benefits are dictated at the project site level. No 401K match, no cost of living increase in four years. Family health insurance costs about $10K out of pocket which is a joke. The $5K/year in education assistance promised upon hire was taken away and reduced to $500/year.

    Pros

Was a good company with excellent benefits. Room for advancement and promotions were allow and available to all.

    Cons

The work hours suck when there was overtime to be made only one employee was allow to do the overtime and there was employee that didn't want to do a job and those responsiblitiies was turned over to the other employee.

    Advice to Management

treat ALL employees the same don't show favorites with the employees and when one has done an excellent job reward him or her. don't reward one when were two or more people.
