Benefits, Vacation, Sick Time, Pay, Company Credit Card, No micro management, no sales pressure, no one comes to work on time nor stays the whole day.
Cons
Hillbilly Hell work environment, good ole boy network where upper management takes care of themselves and nobody else. Spend a lot of money on their private jet flying all over and making poor business decisions that impact the lives of quality good people. Never seen an organization that rewarded stupidity!
