    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at IBM full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

No pros as such. Global environment, chance to meet many people of different background. Work load is a little less, but then it all depends pond your project and job title. Other than that no good points about this company as such.

    Cons

There are many downsides. The company does not take care of the employees. Salary is very less. Even the bonus and financial benefits are very low. Working environment is not very good in sense that its very boring and unproductive. Even company Policies are really bad.

    Advice to Management

Think about your employees. Rather than thinking on how to say every penny you can, think about how u can make the people working for you a little happy and satisfied.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    Transparency, Objectivity, Values, Personal Respect,

    Cons

Compensation is a huge consideration - currently below industrial standards, Procedural hurdles to accomplish tasks at times with loose procedures in place, Help building career path is missing - wherein management should pitch in for the benefit of employees.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to take initiatives in streamlining primitive procedures with the change in business models with time. Management also needs to get involved in personal development of employees in a more engaged manner.
