I have been working at IBM full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

WFH - Now they are restricting
No swipe in swipe out ,flexible if you have good terms with your manager
More resource will be assigned for the work so the work will be shared , you will not be overloaded
Brand name wherever you go IBM name will be recognized
Management growth will be good if you sty here for some 5 years you will get good management role

Cons

Manager oriented company , if you have not got a Good manager then the things are really tough
Training are less
Less hike for Freshers , people who do the same work or less work will be paid high, You may need to wait for a long time to get equalized

Advice to Management

Increase employee welfare , It not all about money !!

    I have been working at IBM full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1) Work Life Integration
    2) Facilities for almost anything
    3) No Checking of intime and outtime. A person can come and go as he/she please as long as the work is completed on time

    Cons

    1) Less compensation compared to other IT majors
    2) Accelerated Learning curve. A person is expected to be productive from day 1 .

    Advice to Management

    Listen to lower rung employees instead of getting reports from managers
