Positive Outlook
Approves of CEO

I worked at IBM as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

This is a real business school, young people, good atmosphere, very open and international, focused on training

Cons

Tiring weeks because of the transport from city center, more than 1 hour per day in exhausting transports, nothing is for free in the campus, we have all but it is quite expensive

Advice to Management

Internal network is the key for success in sales opportunities and to promote the work of the teams in the company.

I worked at IBM full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Work life balance, job rotation, well recognized name

    Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement, company likes to outsource and move jobs to cheaper locations, even when company is doing well and stock price is high they tend to be cheap with employees in terms of compensation and bonuses

I worked at IBM as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

You can meet really talented coworkers that you can learn a lot from them especially if you are an intern or entry level employer. Could be able to learn company's cutting edge software products like AIX Unix, Tivoli and Message Queue. The working load is reasonable, the promotion policy is very good. You can have two career path in the company: technology professional path and management path.

    Cons

The working space is too small and the number of employer is too many (including the employers from outsource company), you may need to share one desk with other two people. You only have free coffee and tea, no free food.
