    Pros

Flexible work at home and work life balance. Respectful of individuals and overall good team environment. Attracts some of the brightest and best. Good overall Management and Leadership for the most part. Good open sharing of ideas and information. True global focus. Good corporate culture on the whole

    Cons

Limited career options, especially for US workers. Constant concern over potential layoffs and cutbacks, or offshoring of US jobs. Slow career advancement and limited promotion opportunities. Salaries increasingly are not keeping up with the marketplace. Very low to nonexistent bonus opportunities.

Focus more on retaining more of your experienced talent, and keep compensation competitive
