I have been working at IBM full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good salary, Good talent to work with, Employee friendly policies, travel and leave benefits

    Cons

Slow growth. Weak HR, Internal politics

    Advice to Management

Give more power to HR. Its hugely manager driven company a person's career is screwed up if he doesn't have similar opinions to his manager. It leads to lot of politics within team.

I have been working at IBM full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

      Cons

      Advice to Management

It seems like there could be better engagement with employees to make them aware of the services/groups in IBM, some sites are much better equipped to do that, but smaller sites might need better tools or things to try to get people more engaged, the smaller sites feel much more "quiet" than the excitement of the larger sites SVL/Austin for example.
