    Pros

IBM is a great place to start a career in consulting, but most people leave after a year.

    Cons

The center has a very high employee attrition rate and struggles with retaining top talent. Center employees are put under the same client pressures as their core counterparts, but make a fraction of their salary. Despite being a high performer and delivering value, you'll still feel micromanaged. You're only allowed 2 work from home days a month which is quite frustrating if you travel. If you probe enough,... you'll discover new hires are making more than seasoned employees at the center.

    Advice to Management

Refer to cons. Applicants also need to be vetted more as some resources provide no value during implementations and are not team players.
