    I have been working at IBM full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    IBM is transforming itself, educating employees, being open to suggestions valuing Visual Design and Visibility stronger.

    Cons

    Bureaucratic as always. Hoping it will transform itself as well. Managers should keep the bureaucracy away from employees and redundant activities should be replaced.

    I have been working at IBM full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Always moving towards new technology and delivering solutions/software to solve large fortune 500 companies problems. Thus you get to deal with many of the largest companies of the world, trying to solve the problems they face.

    Cons

    Always pressure to be more efficient, do more with less

    Take the long term view, versus just the next quarter or two...
