    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Work remotely
    Time off when needed
    Good benefits
People who work hard to accomplish insane deadlines

    Cons

1% annual pay raises and minimal bonuses are a disincentive to produce at a high level. There is no skills development or real training. You are just expected to know how to do everything and projects are assigned as such. Most of the Project Executives have no patience and rarely communicate praise, only expectations. The few job title or band promotions that exist come with no or minimal salary adjustments. Seems like Sam is only interested in his stock price because it is toed to his compensation. The rest of us get nothing. Thanks Sam. Really appreciate it.

    Advice to Management

Stop pretending the company is broke when it is one of the most profitable in the world. Stop telling us we need to compete globally. We already know that and work very hard to keep this place afloat. You can certainly afford to reward those who perform if you really wanted to do so.
