Overall a good company with good opportunities for growth

Cons

Having to pay for parking. Many layers of management.

Advice to Management

Don't let newly acquired companies lose their corporate cultures

    Pros

    Ethical people with a high level of pride in their work. Fast-paced and still innovative despite having 4500 employees. Making a difference in the world. Good access to experts within the company.

    Cons

    Not too much opportunity to relocate internationally but getting there with some new offices. Need to tell the stories of the staff more often so people who are new realise the community they are part of- the size means it's pssible to be siloed.

    Advice to Management

    Walk the halls and talk to the more junior staff more often.

    Pros

    good reputation, good work schedule

    Cons

    No help in career path/growth, it is all about the charge rate. Management seems to care just about sales performance which drives their bonuses. No interest in individuals or what they are doing and only seem to want to get involved when there are problems to "beat" people down.

    Advice to Management

    There is no cohesive culture nor a interest or willingness to work together across LOBs. Need to lead employees and care for their growth. When work dries out in a group, managers should be working hard to get employees involved in other groups so that there is not constant threat of being unbillable and being laid off. Recent collegue/MS/PhD hires seem lost as management is not involved in keeping them busy, helping them see their career, etc. It is too much about the individual person.
