    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at ICF full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Company culture is supportive of work/life balance with flexible work hours and teleworking arrangements; opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects in both public and private sector

    Cons

Compensation is lower than competition; bonus program only benefits senior leadership, not the rank and file; growth opportunities limited

    Advice to Management

Develop and share the strategic vision for the company, including how that vision will be achieved

I have been working at ICF full-time

    Pros

Good pay with regular promotions for quality staff. The leadership seems committed to families.

    Cons

Annual increases are mediocre, so get in with a wage you can live with for a while. Also, there is a huge focus on utilization. If you're not billing 100%, you're likely to be let go.
