Bank which provides opportunities for Non Banking Executives as well. ICICI Bank is a great choice to start career in the banking Industry

    Cons

Salary not at par with other banks. But then again its an individual opinion

I worked at ICICI Bank full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-Great place to work at if you are looking for a career in sales and needs a faster growth
    -Salary is competitive
-Co-operation from co-staff (depends on branch though)
-Can learn a lot as it is the largest private sector bank in India-different classes of people, a variety of products, different kinds of problems
-Good HR policies and employee related systems are in place
-The brand name itself will make other companies to buy you for a great price

    Cons

-We cant count sales pressure in cons, but doing operations and sales at a time will be a bit tough
-As it is a very large firm, an employee working at chennai is liable to hear from the customers for a mistake done by somebody in mumbai or delhi.
-A communication gap always exist between higher, middle and lower levels.

    Advice to Management

-Try to reduce the communication gap between top and lower level (planning and execution)
-Satisfy the existing (both customers and employees) rather than running behind new ones, infrastructure is always a great concern. Theory is service to sales and the opposite is happening
