I have been working at ID Media Worldwide full-time (More than a year)

Pros

People really care about doing a good job, good PTO and benefits package, open to letting people learn new skills and work on different accounts, fun happy hours

Cons

Late hours and fast turnarounds on projects. Some managers are hard to work for as they can be really demanding at times when the work piles up.

Advice to Management

Listen to employees at all levels, the more junior people have some good ideas too. Balance the work load more and watch for conflicts

I worked at ID Media Worldwide full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay, nice offices, generous time off

    Cons

Extreme favoritism, management talks about open door policy but it is anything but. Zero accolades for a job well done unless you are part of the inner circle, only criticism whenever possible. Don't have any idea how they were named one of the best place to work by LA Business Journal, makes no sense.
