Pros
The people who work there believe in the goal of the organization and want to do everything possible to reach that goal every year. People are friendly and they behave like a big family. If you have no long term goals of growth in a company but are looking for a place where you feel welcome and appreciated by your immediate supervisor, this is the place to be; unfortunately the management can discard you easily.
Cons
The management has changed many times and they seem to have little or no clue on what to do to improve the organization. The new management is simply focused more about money that anything else reducing the organization to a typical sales and revenue company.
