I worked at IDLife (More than a year)

Pros

Fabulous products and beautiful building in Frisco. Very fun, big budget events, and celebrity influencer marketing.

Cons

Special events were a little grueling but to be expected. Long hours, but always cared for by the management in terms of hotel accommodations and per diem. Great team.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Some cool people to work with, improves fast paced thinking

    Cons

Unorganized leadership causing confusion almost everday, most projects micromanaged by CEO, feedback required from every executive and sometimes associates, no marketing director, you'll be micromanaged, no room for growth, no employee performance review for corporate employees, not really an HR present, not much time for concepting projects meaning most projects aren't complete

    Advice to Management

Provide performance reviews for every single corporate employee it shows that you care about their growth.
