Pros

IDLife is a growing and evolving opportunity. Working at IDLife can provide one the opportunity to grow and evolve their career, while also having freedom to carve out one's own place within the corporate structure.

Cons

Being a startup tends to generate somewhat unnecessary concerns, such as the occasional appearance of instability, and a dependence on outside sources of funding in order to survive. While in reality, it's simply the nature of success in any pioneering field of business.

Advice to Management

Having a strong drive and commitment toward the outer workings of a direct marketing company is imperative, however any level of apathy toward the inner workings of that company can be more than detrimental.

I worked at IDLife full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Super short commute. That’s all

    Cons

If you like a fast pace, wear many hats, get paid less than a buc-ees cashier with 0 training or delevopement. This is the place for you! Upper management is the worse thing about this place. Most of the sit in their offices and talk 75% of the time and claim they don’t have time to spend with their respected teams. They have 0 communications skills. All management needs to be sent to a training for this. The CEO lies all the time. He expects the world given to him on a silver platter. They claim to have core values but they don’t exist at all. Just an overall terrible place to work at and they are ok with that.

    Advice to Management

    Stop while you can.
