    Approves of CEO

I have been working at IGATE full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Work - life balance
    easy onsite opportunity

    Cons

everything centralized to CXOs... approvals from Managers, Directors dont work
processes designed around systems - supports functions, not aware of system functionality
rigid rules, without consideration to practical usage
poor compensation as compared to other, even compared to the company they just bought

    Advice to Management

integration is not about making one system, people come first, logic next and easy access and usability comes after that
make policies which are practical and make sense, and not just to create a rule
make the environment attractive, one initiative (Thank God its Monday) or a rule, of 3 months mandatory notice period will not make people stay back.
