    Approves of CEO

I worked at IGATE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Some very good projects.
Sometimes good onsite opportunity if you can play politics well.

    Cons

    Dummy HRs.
Not even a single policy which is beneficial to employee.
Low pay accompanied with little or no hike for years.

    Advice to Management

Spend some time in understanding the problem of the employees. You may get #1 rating through many agencies but we all know it how. Look carefully, what percentage of employees are really happy.

Grow up ... Quality of work comes at a cost.

You need to be a little flexible when you expect dedication from your employees.

3 months notice period is not a way to stop attrition. Again grow UP !!!
