      Great place to meet international scientists and interact. Great learning experience to all. Technically sound people around.

      Cons

      A lot of the pros depends on the group involved. Group leaders constantly politicking among themselves and creating unhealthy competition with in the institute.

      -despite plenty of good PIs, there are few that should avoided -location (outside the city)
