    I worked at IGS full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    There are no pros...This is an all Whit company in Dublin accept for the few token blacks they have at front desk

    Cons

    Racist this company told me my personality would not fit in the their culture. This company has very few blacks! I noticed it as I sat in the lobby waiting to be interviewed! The few blacks that are there are token blacks here in Dublin!

    Advice to Management

    Stop being stupid racist!
