I worked at IGT full-time (More than a year)

Pros

At one point, they had a bi-annual "cash give away"-thing for employees, which was pretty cool.

Cons

QA was really boring. There isn't much in the way of learning or growing.

I have been working at IGT full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of resource. Good pays and bonus for senior level
Less stress compare to other IT company.

    Cons

Lack of promotion opportunity. It is very difficult to get promotion even you meet every goal on your review. The promotion is depend on how well you kiss ass instead of how well you do the job. It is also hard to transfer to other department. Not enough training for new hires.

    Advice to Management

The middle level managers need to be trained on how to managing people. Most of them came from engineering background and have no idea about business and management.
