Approves of CEO

Pros

The job can be mind numbing at times, but the pay is decent and you have an opportunity to learn a lot about different areas of business.

Cons

60 plus phone calls a day. Company runs call times.

Advice to Management

More career advancement opportunities.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Easy job; not required to work or even think about work past 5pm. Long paid Christmas vacation. Good health benefits.

    Cons

Terrible advancement opportunities. Unethical commission/compensation practices. Employees are micromanaged and treated like babies. Mind numbingly boring. Uncompetitive salary.

    Advice to Management

Management only provides a sales quota/target after event is almost over. If employee exceeds sales quota, it is increased. This needs to change.

    "Good Starter Job, Poor Advancement"

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in New York, NY

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Travel, exposure to industry events and potentially meet a lot of contacts. Also, there are usually a lot of younger employees and is definitely recommended for entry-level. The best perk at IIR is the week off between Christmas Eve & New Year's Day.

    Cons

There is little to no training at the beginning - which can lead to poor performance & inefficiencies later on for the employee. The organization is fairly flat, but depending on your department and job function, it can be extremely hard and a long process to grow within.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be more transparency and communication between Management and everyone else. No one ever knows what is going on.
