I worked at IKEA full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Customers are very nice, raises are good, everyone is one big family!
Not hard to get along with your co workers

Cons

Red days at ikea which are the busiest days such as Saturdays and Sunday. Overly crowded to the point where it gets too hot and aggravated.

Advice to Management

Compliment your co workers more!

I worked at IKEA part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits for employees especially part time employees. Great pay as well.

    Cons

Management doesn't really care about their employees and their employees needs when it comes to education and family. Theres a lot of favoritism as well amongst managers and even higher ups.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees and they will stay for more than just the pay and benefits. Also hire managers with college educations so that they appreciate employees attending school. Get rid of favoritism.
