I have been working at IMKO full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, decent pay, laid back office setting, all the different types of people you get to meet (as long as you like that)

    Cons

FAKE! Thata's the only word that comes to mind. People will tell you to your face what they think you want to hear and the second your back is turned, it's something else. People picking sides. People picking favorites. Regardless of how hard you work, it goes unnoticed but the second you do something they don't like/agree with, they're all over that. No room for growth.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better. Take notice to what they do. If it wasn't for us, you wouldn't have the business you do or make the money you do. Make surprise unannounced visits to your offices so you can see what is really going on. Have one on ones with people other than the managers to get a real feel of what is happening in the office and who is doing what.
