I have been working at IMRB full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Seniors are quite helpful here in every team. People are friendly and helpful here, making the environment very nice to work.

    Cons

No work life balance, since I had to stay 2-3 hours longer everyday to deliver the daily deliverables. Slow career growth and Poor appraisal.

    Advice to Management

Please hire more people if the volume of work is large instead of making current employees stay longer in office everyday to deliver daily deliverables.
