      Cool workplace. New experience. Nice and warm ceo. Start as a manager and within one year because of my expertise I am in the director position.

      Cons

      This place is full of senior people. Sometimes they didnt appreciate junior idea. So many gossips and office politics.

      The workers were nice, the environment was easy to adjust to.

      Cons

      Mgnt wants you to micromanage the employees 24/7. They were always looking to find negative things but not applaud you for the positive.
