      the people, the growth opportunities, most positions have quite a bit of flexibility providing work-life balance, employee benefits

      growing pains that naturally come with rapid company growth Overall company communication, however, this has greatly improved throughout the past several months and leadership understands the importance of continuing to make improvements in this realm.
