      Well equipped workplace, free food, gym on-site,

      Cons

      Terrible management, strong nepotism in favor of russian employees, no regard for the clients, internal communication is a mess, do not listen to feedback from employees, poor english from management leads to some very unprofessional communication with clients in marketing material as well as emails, CEO has the english skills of a 5 year-old
