    Good work life balance.

Learn nearly everything about market research and decide your career path.
Technology department thinks big and works to push out cutting edge solutions/software.

    Cons

Salaries are relatively low which is a trade for work/life balance.
Roles can be tedious if you don't have support staff (GOC/India or Service level help)

    Advice to Management

Management already knows they need to focus on perfecting the latest technology (ILD/Advantage solutions).
Stop dishing out high salaries to outsiders who have "consulting" experience and focus on developing your existing talent.
Eliminate sales force redundancy. There's no reason to have four dogs fighting over one bone.
