Pros
Very solid people to work with that all understand the mission Ironscales has. Goals are attainable, leadership values employee contribution, and company culture is positive and inspiring.
Cons
In a crowded space, Ironscales is just starting to make its name known. Lots of room for growth.

This has been the worst workplace I've ever experienced. There's a severe lack of coordination within the company, where it seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. The CEO appears to have no grasp on effective management, and it's perplexing how they still consider a 10-year-old company a startup. Knowledgeable employees are leaving in droves. The company culture is abysmal, and it's evident that HR's primary concerns are their own interests and pushing employees to slavery without any regard for their well-being. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear; it's a complete waste of time. Feel free to make any further adjustments as needed.
