Pros
Very solid people to work with that all understand the mission Ironscales has. Goals are attainable, leadership values employee contribution, and company culture is positive and inspiring.
Cons
In a crowded space, Ironscales is just starting to make its name known. Lots of room for growth.

Great culture, cool offices, collaborative team, fun engagement opportunities
Cons
Being laid off around the holidays. I know hiring slowed down a lot in 2023 and they seem to be much more stable currently. I hope they continue to achieve success. They have a team of bright and intelligent people on board and leadership, for the most part, really poured into their respective teams.
