I have been working at IRS as a contractor (More than 10 years)

Pros

They have several different shifts available, which works out for some employees.

Cons

There is ALOT of one-sided decisions made that aren't thought through from "A" to "Z".

Advice to Management

They should remember that they were once where we are, except they had incentives & they were shown appreciation & respect.

I have been working at IRS as an intern (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The pay is pretty decent, compared to most companies. Somewhat easy to move up or to other departments.

    Cons

The people. Sometimes you have to question who interviewed them and how they even got hired in the first place. For a government job, some of the people are pretty lazy.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees when we have issues and concerns. Also stop playing favorites with some and letting them move into positions they have no business being in!!!

  2. "Good start up"
