      painfully disorganized. Poorly managed. Can't keep good people because they can't get organized and people are overworked and tired.

      You learn a lot, travel a lot, get a lot of travel points, and profit-sharing is really nice for your 401K

      Cons

      No overtime pay (comp days occasionally), little salary growth, management issues due to recent merge.
